Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every tour package, community trip and travel service booked with Breeziah Travel, and to your use of breeziah.com. By confirming a booking with us, you and everyone travelling with you accept these terms.

1.Who We Are
Breeziah Travel is a travel company based at Lachit Nagar, Guwahati, Assam – 781007, India, arranging tours across Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim and the wider Northeast. Where "we", "us" or "Breeziah" appears below, it refers to Breeziah Travel. "You" refers to the person making the booking and everyone named on it.
2.How Booking Works
- Prices and packages shown on this website are indicative starting points, not confirmed quotes. They vary with travel dates, group size, stay category and availability.
- You send us an enquiry; we respond with a written itinerary and a quote valid for the period stated on it.
- A booking is confirmed only once we have received the agreed advance and issued you a written confirmation. We aim to issue a confirmation voucher within 48 hours of receiving your advance.
- Final vouchers — hotel confirmations, driver details and permits — are issued approximately 7 days before departure.
- Submitting an enquiry, or receiving a quote, does not reserve anything and does not create a booking.
3.What Is and Is Not Included
Your written itinerary is the definitive list of what your package covers. Unless it expressly says otherwise, the following are not included:
- Airfare and train fare to and from the trip's start point.
- Meals not listed in the itinerary, and all drinks.
- Entry fees, camera fees, activity and adventure-sport charges not listed.
- Travel insurance, which we strongly recommend you arrange separately.
- Medical costs, evacuation and any expense arising from illness or injury.
- Tips, porterage, laundry, telephone and other personal expenses.
- Costs arising from delays, roadblocks, strikes, weather or any cause outside our control.
- Anything not expressly listed as included.
4.Permits, ID and Documentation
- Arunachal Pradesh requires an Inner Line Permit (ILP) for Indian nationals and a Protected Area Permit for foreign nationals. Nagaland, Mizoram and parts of Sikkim have their own permit requirements.
- Where your package includes permit assistance, you must give us accurate details and valid ID documents by the deadline we specify. Permits cannot be issued without them.
- Permits are granted at the discretion of the issuing authority. We cannot guarantee approval, and a rejected permit is not a fault on our part.
- Every traveller must carry original government photo ID throughout the trip. Hotels and checkposts in the Northeast routinely require it.
- Foreign nationals are responsible for holding a valid Indian visa and any additional registration their nationality requires.
5.Changes to Your Itinerary
Northeast India travel involves mountain roads, weather and local conditions that change at short notice. We may need to alter the order of sightseeing, substitute a stay of a similar or better standard, or replace an activity that cannot safely run.
- Where a change is minor and the overall experience is preserved, no refund is due.
- Where a significant included component cannot be delivered at all, we will offer a comparable alternative or, where none exists, refund the cost of that component.
- Changes you request after confirmation are subject to availability and to any charges levied by hotels, transport operators or permit authorities.
- We may cancel a community trip that does not reach its minimum group size. If we do, you will be offered an alternative departure or a full refund of what you have paid us.
6.Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate names, ages, contact details and ID information. Corrections after ticketing or permit issue may carry charges.
- Tell us at the time of booking about any medical condition, allergy, dietary need, mobility limitation or pregnancy that could affect your travel.
- Satisfy yourself that you are fit for the activities in your itinerary. Some Northeast routes involve high altitude, long drives on rough roads, trekking and caving.
- Arrive at pickup points at the stated time. We cannot hold a group or a vehicle for late arrivals, and no refund is due for a missed departure.
- Respect local customs, communities, sacred sites and the environment. Several destinations we visit are living villages, not attractions.
- Look after your own belongings. We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal property.
- Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide or driver on matters of safety.
7.Conduct
We may end a traveller's trip without refund if their behaviour endangers others, causes serious offence, involves illegal activity, or persistently disrupts the group. Any resulting costs, including onward travel, are the traveller's own.
8.Suppliers and Limits of Liability
- We act as an organiser and booking agent, arranging services delivered by independent hotels, homestays, transport operators, guides and activity providers. We select them with care.
- We are not liable for loss, injury, death, delay or damage caused by the act, default or negligence of an independent supplier, or by any event outside our reasonable control — including weather, landslides, floods, road closures, strikes, bandhs, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics or acts of God.
- Where we are found liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected component of your trip.
- Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
- We do not provide travel insurance. Please arrange your own cover for medical costs, evacuation, cancellation and baggage.
9.Photography and Media
We sometimes photograph or film our trips and may use those images in our marketing. Tell your trip coordinator, or write to us, if you would prefer not to appear, and we will exclude you. When you send us photographs, videos or a review for publication, you confirm they are yours to share and permit us to publish them with credit.
10.Use of This Website
- The text, photographs, itineraries, guides and design on breeziah.com belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or republish them commercially without written permission.
- Our AI trip planner produces an automated draft for inspiration. It is not a confirmed itinerary or a quote, and prices, timings and availability in it must be verified with our team before you rely on them.
- Travel guides and blog posts are published in good faith and may go out of date. Check current conditions, permit rules and road status before travelling.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site.
11.Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy, and cancellation charges and refund timelines in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam. Before starting proceedings, please raise the matter with us so we can try to resolve it directly.
13.Amendments
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in force when your booking is confirmed is the version that applies to it. Last updated 5 August 2026.
