About this experience
The Brahmaputra is more than a kilometre wide at Guwahati, and the best way to see it is from the water at sunset. The cruise runs along the city riverfront past Umananda, the river-island temple, as the light goes and the bridges and ghats light up.
It is an easy add-on to a Kamakhya darshan or a day in Guwahati before a flight. Your ticket includes tea and snacks on board; we confirm the jetty and boarding time on WhatsApp the day before.
